Tuning, repair and action regulation help your piano sound and respond at its best. Call Artistic to discuss your instrument and schedule service.
Musicians. Technicians.
The official service page introduces Eric Carlson, RPT, and Kevin Weed, PTG member — both professional pianists as well as piano technicians.
Meet the technicians & service details ↗Tuning & evaluation
Artistic’s service includes an evaluation at tuning to discuss opportunities to improve how the piano plays or sounds. A piano that has gone some time without tuning may need pitch correction.
Discuss your piano ↗
Repair & action regulation
Tell the technicians what you hear and feel: an uneven response, a sticking key or a change in tone. They can discuss the work needed and appropriate next steps.
Before your appointment
Have your piano’s make, approximate age, location and last tuning date ready if you know them. Confirm the service scope and current rates by phone.
